I believe that documenting process and learning from previous iterations is the best way forward. Gather information, ask relevant questions, sketch a plan, act, review, document, repeat.

I have been a product and release manager in my career. What really excites me is streamlining repeatable processes, reducing friction and automating what I can. Make the boring stuff easy and spend energy on the exciting, high value activities.

Background

I spent over a decade working at a startup based in Silicon Valley. I moved to Randolph to be closer to nature and to be in a place where it's easy to know your neighbors. I love running in to people I know at the grocery store or the ice cream shop. I regularly attend Selectboard and Planning Commission meetings, I am on the board of Randolph Alliance for Downtown (RAD) and manage a flock of ducks and a warren of rabbits.
